2. Eligibility to Buy

To buy items from our site, you must be 18 or older and have a valid payment card.

3. Orders and Payment

We list all item prices in British Pounds (GBP). Prices do not include delivery. When you place an order, we will send you an email to confirm it. This means we have received your request, but a contract is not formed until we accept your payment and dispatch the goods.

4. Turnaround and Processing Times

Our standard turnaround time varies by product. During peak or busy holiday periods, turnaround times can take up to 2 weeks to create and process before dispatch. Please check individual item listings for current dispatch estimates.

5. Personalised Items (Custom Orders)

Many of our products are custom-made with names, dates, or custom text. You must check your spelling carefully before submitting your order. We cannot offer refunds on personalised items unless the mistake was made by us.

6. Delivery and Courier Service

We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched using a reliable courier service. Delivery costs depend on your order size, and all orders over £200 are free. Once your order is delivered and signed for, you are responsible for it.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with a non-personalised item, you can cancel your order and return it to us within 14 days for a refund. The item must be unused and in its original condition. You must pay the return shipping costs. [1, 2]

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us immediately at forever-memories1@outlook.com. We will ask you to return the items to inspect them. If the item is faulty, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
